If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product, in original packaging and in same condition, for refund less the shipping and handling charge of $20.00. Refund will be given in form of original purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) less a shipping and handling charges of $20.00. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Need an exchange? If you would like to make an exchange, please keep in mind that the applicable shipping and handling fees ($20.00) will be applied. Shipping and handling fees associated with returned or exchanged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if added to your original order) will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us and we’ll arrange for a replacement. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
